2. The container adopts: SUS304 stainless steel tank, diameter: 500mm, height 500mm, stainless steel tank thickness 3mm, stronger endurance.

3. The chassis is all welded and formed by stainless steel materials, humanized design: 45-degree inclined plane, key operation; tank lid height is moderate, easy to operate.

4. Silicone sealing ring, good elasticity, not easy to damage.

5. The tank body is fixed with stainless steel pipe lock screws to enhance the safety of use.

6. The electronic control components adopt imported brands (such as: Schneider, Omron, etc.); the pneumatic components adopt Taiwan original Airtec to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment.

7. The test time can be set as: 0-999 minutes, start and manually adjust to reach the test pressure, and manually drain the air in the tank, the tester opens the tank cover and takes out the test sample.

8. Pressure display: Imported "Panasonic" brand-pressure sensor is used to automatically control the test pressure in the tank, the test water depth is 0-10 meters, the control accuracy is ±0.002Mpa, and the display accuracy is 0.001Mpa.

9. The controller adopts a 7-inch color LCD touch screen.

10. This IPX7, IPX8 anti-immersion test box is equipped with pressure protection anti-riot device and drainage and pressure relief device for immersion test.

11. Water level display: scale plus water level tube.

12. The bottom of the test box adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels (easy to move).

13. Safety protection device: grounding protection, short circuit protection, alarm sound prompt, etc.

1. Open the machines everyday periodically.
2. Operated by the specialist.
3. The equipment and accessories must be deposit in the dry environment.
4. After testing the accessories should be added wiping grease rust, and remove the rust great before test.
5. When the test finished, the power should be closed to avoid any accident.
